PLEASE DO NOT BE WORRIED IF YOU SEE A MAINTANCE SCREEN WHILE VISITING BIN WEEVILS. THEY HAVE CLOSED OFF THE SERVER TO SECURE THEIR WEBSITE AND TO STOP FURHER DAMAGE.

Hello Bin Weevils!

Sadly once again, Bin Weevils database has been hacked into again by Adrian and Pure. The Bin Weevils team are aware that some accounts have been compromised.

Please do not worry, Bin Weevils are looking into this as I post this and the appropriate action will be taken against the people who caused this.

!!!!!!!!!!! WE RECCOMEND YOU CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!

Here’s some of the following things that may of happened to your Weevil.

  • Removed Buddies
  • Sold Nest Items
  • Spent Mulch/Dosh
  • Disabled Chat

Please don’t panic if this has happened to you! This happened to a few of my Bin Buddies and Bin Weevils Ltd have parent disabled their accounts, so that the hackers can’t cause anymore damage.

If you suspect your Weevil has been hacked, you will need to email ‘help@binweevils.com’ ASAP with a full account of what has happened and make sure you include your Weevil name, Bin Weevils will be able to restore your account and put it all back to normal.

Do not trust any emails you receive claiming they’re from Bin Weevils, unless it comes from help@binweevils.com.

    once i thought my account so i emaild the bw team but they said its not possible for a account to be hacked. your deatails might of been found so change your password but i did but it still carried on so i had to create another account.

    my poor cottage tea room in my nest will be ruined , and my lovely bin pet petuna will be missing me, oh my poor garden and what about my kitchen my high tec fridge might have defrosted now caus my nest wont have any power, and what about my buddys , i wish rigg would hurry up he too slow.

    i really miss binweevils. i just got back from holiday when it happened and i thought it was just my account but its everyones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i cant believe this is happeneing!!!!!!!!!!! y binweevils?

    i mean it doesnt happen to the xbox and thats world wide, does it?

    i got the best suggesten sry if spelt rong delete ur acount sune back online contact binweevils ask em to restore ur acount and ur stuff i got hackded 3 times in one day if u get hacked ask binweevils to restore ur itiams chat money enthing

    hf556 its not adrian or pure there innocent i know because there in kid jail for the last inccodent its a new hacker the police were informed by me and there on to it :)

    Even if it comes from “help@binweevils.com” it might be fake, it is possible. It’s happened to me before from other companies.

    I’m starting to worry now, all that hard work on Bin Weevils – WASTED if my account is damaged! Why do Bin Weevils haters spoil our game? If you don’t like something, don’t play it – simple.

    For example I don’t like football but I just don’t watch, play, or read about it. I don’t go and mess about on the field during a match, do I?
